【主講人簡介】東京大學大學院經濟學研究科畢業，經濟學博士學位。曾任日本學術振興會特別研究員，2000年10月至今，在東京大學大學院綜合文化研究科工作。研究領域：經營學。課題：企業體系，企業經營與法律的相互作用。著有『合併行動と企業の壽命―企業行動への新しいアプローチ―』有斐閣, 2001年9月。
